I can improve business performance in sales, marketing, new product introduction, and strategic and business planning. I have been in a startup and helped grow the business substantially with limited resources so I understand the unique challenges of being a small business entrepreneur. I know how to scale a business and how to build an organization to be successful over the long term. In addition to the specific areas listed above where I have management and leadership experience, I also have an extensive personal and professional network that I can leverage to support my mentoring activities. Mentors have had a tremendous impact on my professional development and career and this motivates me to actively carry on the tradition and be an important mentor to the entrepreneurs of today.
