I can provide SCORE clients a solid grounding in sales/management skills: prospecting, business developmet, presentation development and skills, strategy, negotiations, budgeting, forecasting, compensation, hiring, etc. -- all aspects of sales process and best practices, sales basic fundamentals, and management responsibilities.
My background encompasses decades of sales experience, and 18 years of Sales Management experience. I have specific expertise in Media Sales, particularly Television, Print, Online, OTT, as well as the Office Systems and Information systems industries. As a National Sales Manager at TV Guide Networks and VP of Sales for AMC Networks, I developed new business strategies, managed high performance sales teams that over-achieved on their revenue targets, and hired, trained, and developed top performing account execs.
I am currently a Sales Management Consultant to small businesses of many different types of industry and am happy to provide this service to SCORE clients.
