The products included medical equipment, clean rooms, computer memory test equipment, life support ventilators, anesthesia equipment, robotically controlled wet wafer processing equipment, smoke stack polution control equipment and computer software. Spent a significant amount of time working on Strategic, Short Term Planning and Budgeting in single and multiple company environments. Progressed from Accountant to Chief Financial Officer. Had a lot of experience implementing Business (Accounting) Systems including ERP systems, Worked closely with Banks setting up and maintaining credit lines. Worked with Banks and Brokerage firms handling company and company owner investments, including Stocks, Bonds and Real Estate. Handled complex insurance programs, fiduciary bonds and performance bonds for domestic and foreign operations. Has heavy experience working with auditors of various types including CPA, Tax, and various Government Agency audits (foreign and domestic), and DCAA (Federal Government) audits.
